Managing Client Requests

The Requests feature in SolvGo helps you organize client work, schedule visits, assign responsibilities, and move tasks from start to finish efficiently.

Creating a Request

Requests can be created from three sources:

  • Lead forms submitted by potential clients

  • Client Hub submissions

  • Manually by your team

When creating a request manually:

  1. Select the client

  2. If applicable, select the property

  3. Enter a title for the request

  4. Add a team note or attach files

  5. Assign one or more team members

Planning Visits

In the Visits section:

  • Create one or multiple visits for the request

  • Give each visit a title

  • Add a note for your team

  • Select the date and time (or just a date if unsure)

  • Assign a team member to each visit

Completing Requests

Once the work is done:

  • Mark the request as assessed

  • Convert it into a quote to send to your client

  • Or create a project to start the actual work
