The Google Reviews feature allows you to connect your Google Business Profile to SolvGo and automatically request reviews from your clients.

Note: This feature is available depending on your subscription plan.

Connecting Your Google Business Profile

To set up Google Reviews:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open the Integrations section

  3. Connect your Google Business Profile

Once connected, you can configure when review requests should be sent.

Choosing When to Send Review Requests

SolvGo allows you to automatically request a review at key moments in the client journey:

  • When an invoice is paid

  • When a job is closed

  • When a visit is completed

Select the trigger that best fits your workflow, then complete the setup.

After configuration, SolvGo automatically sends review requests to eligible clients.

Viewing and Managing Reviews

You can access the Reviews section at any time to:

  • View the reviews you have received

  • Monitor ratings and feedback

  • Access performance insights and useful data

This centralized view helps you track your online reputation and identify opportunities for improvement.
