The Scheduler (Calendar) in SolvGo helps you track all your visits, organize your team, and manage schedules efficiently.

Viewing Options

You can view your visits in several ways:

  • Monthly view: See all visits at a glance

  • Weekly view: Focus on a specific week

  • Daily view: Zoom in on a single day

  • Kanban view: Overview of all visits for the month

  • Map view: Visualize where all visits are located

Color-Coding Visits

To better organize your calendar:

  1. Go to Business Management → Calendar

  2. Assign colors to visits based on:

    • Specific team members

    • Keywords in visit titles

This makes it easy to:

  • Quickly identify who is working on what

  • Recognize the type of visit at a glance
