The Routing feature in SolvGo helps your team work efficiently by organizing visits in the most effective order.

Managing Routes on Mobile

  1. Open the SolvGo mobile app

  2. View all visits for today

  3. Tap the routing button at the top right

You can choose from three options:

  • Drag and Drop: Manually create your own visit order

  • Suggest Me: SolvGo suggests the best possible route

  • Reset to Default: Reverts to the order set on your dashboard

Managing Routes on Dashboard

  1. Open the Map view in the Calendar

  2. Drag and drop visits to adjust order or priority for your team
