Importing and Exporting Clients

The Import & Export Clients feature allows you to manage large volumes of client data efficiently, whether you’re bringing new contacts into SolvGo or backing up your existing database.

Importing Clients

To import clients:

1. Open the Clients section

2. Click Import

3. Upload your file (typically a CSV with client details)

SolvGo will guide you through matching your file columns to the correct client fields, ensuring that all information is imported accurately.

Once imported, clients are immediately available in your SolvGo account to:

• Receive requests

• Receive quotes

• Communicate with your team

Exporting Clients

You can also export client data at any time:

1. Click Export

2. SolvGo generates a file with all your client information

This is useful for:

• Backing up your contacts

• Sharing client data with your team

• Migrating clients to another system

Importing and exporting clients makes managing your contact database simple, accurate, and flexible.
