Before using SolvGo for daily operations, you need to configure your business settings. This ensures that your documents, pricing, and tax calculations are accurate and consistent.

Accessing Business Settings

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Open the Business Management section

This is where you manage your core company information.

Choosing Your Currency

Select your company’s currency.

  • SolvGo uses Canadian dollars by default

  • You can change the currency at any time

The selected currency will apply to:

  • Quotes

  • Invoices

  • Payments

Make sure this matches the primary currency of your business operations.

Adding Your Company Address

Enter your company address.

This information:

  • Appears on your business documents

  • Ensures professionalism

  • Keeps your records consistent

Configuring Tax Information

Next, enter your tax details.

You will need to provide:

  • Tax ID name

  • Tax ID number

These details will automatically appear on your quotes and invoices.

Adding Tax Rates

You can also create your tax rates.

To add a tax rate:

  1. Enter the tax name

  2. Enter the percentage

Once saved, these tax rates will be available for selection on all future quotes and invoices.


After completing these steps, your business is fully configured and ready to operate within SolvGo.
